As the NHL gets prepared for their holiday break where they will lay dormant for 3 days, the Edmonton Oilers are getting ready to face the San Jose Sharks tonight.
The Oilers (18-12-5, 41pts), are leading the Pacific Division and enjoying a 3 game win streak coming into tonight’s game. It’s going to take a brick wall to stop center Connor McDavid who has 12 goals and 28 assists so far this season. McDavid is getting support from center Leon Draisaitl who has 14 goals and 17 assist. It would be interesting to see if the Oilers will be able to continue their current streak going into the holiday break.
The Sharks (20-12-1, 41pts), are actually tied for 1st place in the Pacific Division. They have won 5 of the last 6 games and have scored at least 4 goals in the last 5 of 6 as well. As long as defenseman Brent Burns with 30 points and center Joe Pavelski with 30 points hold the ice down, the Sharks have a good chance at a win tonight.
Here are the lines on the game tonight…take a look.
- Edmonton Oilers +140
- San Jose Sharks -160
- Edmonton Oilers +1.5(-201)
- San Jose Sharks -1.5(+180)
- Over 5(-120)
- Under 5(+100)
