HOLLYWOODSPORTSBOOK'S HANG WITH THE HOTTIES CONTEST DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Contest begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time on July 16th 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 AM Eastern Time on Feb 6th, 2011 (the "Contest Period").
1. ELIGIBILITY: The drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) and all provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec and all French-speaking areas) (collectively, the "Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older and have made a minimum $250 one time deposit with Hollywoodsportsbook.com. The drawing is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted. Employees and directors of Hollywoodsportsbook.com and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants and contractors, their immediate families are ineligible. By entering into the drawing, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Hollywood management which are final and binding in all respects.
2. HOW TO ENTER: visit www.hollywoodsportsbook.com, open an account and make a minimum one deposit of $250 anytime during the contest period. (cumulative deposits equaling $250 do not count) Once you have made a qualifying deposit, you must send an email to contests@hollywoodsportsbook.com immediately with your name and CID number (Client Identification Number) referencing "Hotties Contest" in the subject line. YOU MAY ENTER MORE THAN ONCE. Each subsequent deposit of the qualifying $250 amount can be considered a separate contest entry but you must send the required email for each qualifying deposit.
Entries received after the end of the drawing period will be deemed VOID
3. ODDS OF WINNING; PRIZE: Odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZE and VALUE One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will include the following: roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and a companion from the nearest international airport to the Prize Winner's residence to San Jose, Costa Rica (airline to be selected in the sole discretion of Hollywood); hotel accommodations for one night in San Jose (hotel to be selected in the sole discretion of Hollywood); a VIP limo tour with the Hollywood Hotties; dinner, transportation to the Paradisius hotel for 2 or 3 nights depending on availability, and transportation back to San Jose. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000). $1000 cash is included and awarded directly to winner at time of arrival in San Jose. Winner can select his own activities during his time at the Paradisus to invite the Hotties to attend with him at no cost to the winner. (Note... all the Hotties may not be available at all times)
THE PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. All expenses not specified above the $1000 cash award including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, mini-bar, souvenirs, gratuities, transportation, insurance, personal services, incidentals, etc., are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner... THE WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL by MAY 30th, 2011 and have a valid US passport. Hollywood will make all reasonable attempts to meet winners' availability. If winner cannot make the trip, winner may elect to take a substitute prize of a $2000 cash deposit to his Hollywood gaming account. Transfer or assignment of the prize will be not permitted. The value of the Grand Prize set forth above represents Hollywood's good-faith determination of the retail value thereof.
5. PRIZE AWARDING; WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by random drawing on or about Feb 10th, 2011 and will be notified only by email. If the potential winner does not respond by email within seven (7) days of notification, he will automatically forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Hollywood and their respective affiliates to use the winner's first name, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days or the winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner selected at random
6. DISQUALIFICATION: If the winners' account has been subsequently closed by Hollywood or by the winner for any reason, or has any credit card deposits that were credited back to client either in form of a refund, credit or chargeback for any reason during the time of the contest period, the winner is automatically disqualified and another will be chosen at random.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the contest, entrants agree to these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Hollywood which shall be binding and final in all respects; and acknowledge that Hollywood has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize. By participating in the drawing, each entrant releases Hollywood and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing partners, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants and contractors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or arising out of participation in this drawing or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from taking delivery of the prize or any prize-related activities. Hollywood expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. IN NO EVENT WILL HOLLYWOOD OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants or contractors BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS DRAWING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
8. GENERAL INFORMATION: The failure of Hollywood to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.
