Additional House Rules for Horse Betting
(Effective March 31st 2008)

Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed with a "yes" are accepted, please insure to check the pending wagers screen before logging out to see that your wagers where accepted.
Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final, we cannot cancel confirmed wagers.
PK3 and PK4 Grading and Payout Rules
All PK3 and PK4 tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run. If there is a scratched horse in any PK3 or PK4, only combinations including the scratched horse will be refunded
We do not recognize consolation payouts, such as payouts on scratched horses, 2 out 3 special Pick 3 payout and/or 3 out of 4 special Pick 4 payout. Whenever a track pays "ALL" in any of the positions of the Pick 3 or Pick 4 only wagers with the WINNING horse will be paid.
Daily Double Grading and Payout Rules
All Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run. If there is a scratched horse in a DD, only combinations including the scratched horse will be refunded.
We do not recognize consolation payouts, such as payouts on scratched horses. Whenever a track pays "ALL" in any of the positions of the Daily Double only the wagers with the WINNING horse will be paid
Rebates
A rebate of 3% will be paid on Win, Place and Show bets and 8% on Exotic wagers depending on track category on a daily basis. There are no minimum daily volume requirements and there is no maximum on how much you can earn. No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers or refunded wagers.
This rebate only applies to wagers placed through the horse wagering interface. It does not apply to any horse matchups or other future wagers made through the sportsbook login. No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers or wagers refunded due to a scratch. No rebate will be paid on Win, Place and Show tickets that pay $2.20 to $2 or less.
Important Note: 3% & 8% Rebates only applies to wagers placed through the horse wagering interface. It does not apply to any matchups or other wagers made through the sportsbook login.
**Win, Place and Show wagers that pay $2.20 or less are not eligible for a rebate.

Odds and Limits
Win, Place, Show wagers pay full track odds. All Exotic wagers pay full track odds up to a maximum pay out of CLICK HERE.
Payouts are based on the actual track payout. The morning lines provided when wagering in the Horse Betting Module are for informational purposes only and not used to Calculate the payout. Once the Race is graded, your account will reflect any payouts.
Each event has a bet limit (typically $1,000.00).
There are no house odds. If there are no track payoffs for a certain type of wager, all wagers on that type will be refunded.
In the event a new track is not listed under one of the categories, its default payout limit will be Category E.
Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager and to restrict wagering on any event at any time without any advance notice.
In the event that there is evidence of pool manipulation, all affected wagers will be deemed void and all monies wagered on the affected wagers will be refunded.
Track Limits and Categories
Scratches
If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers placed via the racing interface will be refunded.(This does not apply to 'Odds to Win' bets placed via the sportsbook. On those bets a scratch counts as a loss).
Only the portion of Exacta/Trifecta/Superfecta/Quinella combos that contain the scratched horse will be refunded.
In case a horse is considered a Non Starter by the track, that horse will be considered a scratch and refunded accordingly.
In exotics wagers (Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, Quinella) scratches will be refunded. We do not honor "ALL" payouts in any exotic wager. If there is an "all" payout, this will be replaced by the horse that came in that position rightfully and wagers will be graded accordingly.
On Daily Doubles, Pick 3 and Pick 4 wagers, a scratch will result in an automatic refund of the combination including the scratched horse.
There will be no consolation payouts, special payouts such as 2 out of 3 and/or Pick 3 out of 4 in a Pick 3 or Pick 4 will be considered consolation payouts, whenever that happens the Pick 3 and/or Pick 4 will be paid with the rightful winner for each race involved in the Pick 3 and/or Pick 4.
Parlays
Parlays on Horse racing will be available on Class A tracks only. The parlay will be able to be placed on Win, Place, and Show bet types only. These bets are available within the all Class A tracks running on a certain day. Parlaying across different Class A tracks is allowed. The maximum parlay wager amount is $100.00. The minimum parlay is two selections. The maximum combined win amount on all parlays is $20,000 daily. (If a winning parlay pays more than $20,000.00 it will be capped at the maximum win amount per person) Parlays are not eligible for rebates.
Greyhound Racing Rules
We accept bets for greyhound races advertised on our website up until post time. Only wagers confirmed are accepted. Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final.

In case a race is declared "No Contest" the position "ALL" is not valid and bets will be refunded.
Greyhound wagers are not eligible for our rebate program. All Greyhound tracks are considered as Category E for payout limit purposes.
Matchups
- In matchups between two or more named horses, all horses must go for wagers to have action.
- Matchups are determined by horse name.Any information pertaining to race number, race track, etc are for curtsey purposes only. Also, any track coupling is irrelevant towards determining the winner of a matchup.
- In matchups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if and only if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.
- Matchups are not eligible for rebates.
- The winner of a matchup will be determined by the highest placed finisher involved in the matchup. If no horse finishes, the matchup will be graded no action.
- Matchup wagers which indicate "Turf Only" will be cancelled if the surface is changed.
- In the case of a dead heat, the matchup will be graded no action.
